Natasha Kayulu has an international MBA and experience in London, Shanghai, Boston, and New York and over 15 years of experience in the corporate, startup, and entrepreneurial ecosystem which has played a crucial role in her ability to drive the success of the businesses and nonprofits she has worked with. With a variety of skillsets, her passion and creativity has inspired her growth as an analyst, consultant, and project and program manager.
As the Principal Cofounder of Untapped Potential Boston, a design lab which addresses the disproportionate earning power and opportunity gap in Boston, Natasha was selected as a "Rising Star "for the 2019 Boston HUBWeek's segment on "How to Create a More Inclusive Workforce'. Natasha has also done work with community development to help accelerate the startup ecosystem to towns in greater Boston and gun violence prevention in Roxbury, MA. Natasha is a former DIV 1 collegiate athlete who ran the 2013 Boston Marathon. Her experience as a former immigrant and refugee born in the Democratic Republic of Congo has also shaped her unique lens.
Natasha has spoken at events such as the 2019 MIT Hackathon Challenge at the Strata Center, Venture Cafe Cambridge, and the 2018 and 2019 HUBWeek Boston events.
